The NovoCRM Team has been hard at work on the NovoCRM Web Client. We are running hard to get this completed ASAP.
The good news is; all existing clients will get the web client for FREE. That is right you will get the Web 2.0 client for free. The web client is designed to improve the system performance for remote users of NovoCRM and to allow you to user either the web or windows client for most functions in NovoCRM. The web client is built on the .NET Platform and uses the latest AJAX technology to provide a fast web interface.
We have been testing the web client and the performance is much better for large customers who have thousends of records in NovoCRM. The look and feel will
be the same as the windows client so there will be no learning curve for existing users of NovoCRM. We hope to get a beta out ASAP, so watch this space!

The new customer portal is what you can use to register on if you are a new or existing customer. Once you have registered we will verify your details and link
your registration to your customer record. This allows you to log support cases online, view your product licensing online and update your contact details.
