- Contacts can now be exported to MS Outlook via the Outlook integration in NovoCRM. This allows users to keep their contacts in sync between NovoCRM and MS Outlook.
- Linked Accounts will now show in the Support Case List view. The new column Account has been added.
- Setup Columns right click menu added to main modules. This will enable adding and removing of columns in less clicks.
- NovoCRM now remembers the windows size and location for popup windows. This is a per computer setting and doe snot save as a user setting.
- New user option added to set default font for HTML Edit dialogs.
- Support Cases are no easier to work with when it comes to Folders and Filters. Users can now reset filters and auto refresh the case window.
- New security right added. This allows a security right to enabled a user to see only items assigned to them. The user will not be able to list and work with items assigned to other users. This does not apply to sub list items as they are child items of the parent on which the security is applied.

- Support Cases automatically track time spent on each case per user and the total duration spent on the case.
- Created a Customer Portal and Lead registration Add-On for NovoCRM. This allows you to have potential clients register online and manage their details online. Existing contacts can be linked to Accounts and can view their purchased products, log support cases and download products.
- Extracting Attachments now prompt a Save As Dialog to allow users to select where they would like to save attached files.
- Retrieve lost login details using Customer Portal.
- Setting connections to new databases in the NovoCRM Admin Utility are now easier and will not give the Null Object Error.
- Some Activities would not show in the calendar due to a date duration issue on the NovoCRM Server. This has been fixed and all Activities will now show up correctly.

- Audit Trail added that records data modifications for key items in NovoCRM. These include Calendar Activities, To Do, Sales Items, Accounts, Contacts, Support Cases, Products, KB Items, Users and User Groups. Administrator users can also search teh audit trail to view data.
- Support Cases can now be created from the Account Edit Dialog. The Support Case and Account is automatically linked.
- View Sent, Unsent and Error messages in the mail queue using the new filter option in the Server Admin Utility.
- Calendar printing is now support from the calendar module in NovoCRM. This allows users to print their calendars on any supported printer.

- Users can now set a Primary Contact for a Account in NovoCRM. Thsi allows users to set a contact that is the key contact for the account / customer that is managed in NovoCRM.

- Promoting an Opportunity to Account will take the first contact information from the Opportunity into the Account automatically.
- Shared Calendar feature has been added that allows users to setup shared calendars with other users.
- The Outlook integration now sorts the dates correctly. The time value has been removed and only the date is shown and sorted.
- NovoCRM will now check e-mail addresses and validate them in the Send E-mail dialog. The NovoCRM Server will also validate e-mail address information before attempting a send operation.
- Sort order on all lists and sub lists are now stored. This feature also allows for default sort orders to be set per user.
- Mass Mailing module added to NovoCRM. This module allows users to create campaigns that can be executed against certain groups that may contain Leads, Opportunities, Contacts and Accounts.
- The sales funnel now has additional filter options. These include filter for Active, Inactive or both. The sales funnel graph will update automatically.
- Sales Pipeline Graph now has additional filter options to show Active, Inactive or both.
- Business structures have been added back into Accounts in NovoCRM. This allows users to create relationships between Accounts.

- A new product report has been added to the product module. This report allows users to select a product and view the Accounts and the details of the products they use.
